As a counsel in the London real estate team, Daniel focuses on commercial investment and finance transactions.

Daniel regularly advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties, from prime London real estate to large multi-asset portfolios. He has experience advising on both the financing of real estate transactions, and on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions. Daniel is also experienced in advising on landlord and tenant matters and general portfolio management.

Charlotte is a senior associate in the Real Estate Group and has experience in all types of property transactions including investment sales and acquisitions, development work for mixed-use and residential development projects and renewable energy projects, landlord and tenant matters, acting for lenders and advising on the property aspects in corporate transactions. 

She acts for a broad range of clients including large property investors, corporate and retail occupiers, financial institutions and developers including renewable energy developers. 

Matthew is an associate in the Global Corporate Group, based in London. He regularly acts on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

Matthew is also experienced in advising on general corporate law and commercial matters and has advised across various sectors, including  transportation and real estate.

For more than fifteen years Michael has been working with both large corporates and SME's in various markets, spanning from APAC to Europe to the Americas. Over his many roles he has built long lasting relationships with colleagues and clients and formed a vast network of service partners in tech and commercial real estate.

Michael is a co-founder and director of Trustek, a PropTech consultancy, and is also Head of Innovation for Colliers Property Management and Lateral London, meaning he’s currently working on more than 40 ‘smart building technology’ projects within the UK.

Mark is Head of LGIM Property Operations of Investment Management. He is responsible for all Property & Facilities Management operations across over 700 properties in the UK following an 18 month transformation programme to implement a new occupier focussed operating model. Previously he has held leadership roles in Mitie and Capita Real Estate with a focus on Property Management, Facilities Management and Sustainability services.

Andrew has been with RICS for over eleven years, and prior to his role in leading the data and tech thought leadership and data standards function, managed RICS’ relationship with the finance and investment community working with debt and equity participants, their advisors in law and accountancy, and regulators.

Isobel joined ICG from Cheyne Capital where she spent the past 6 years working on both execution and asset management, looking after a portfolio of c£1bn including special situations. During her 8 years in the industry, she has executed deals across the capital stack with exposure to various asset classes. Isobel’s focus is now on the residential development lending product.
