Andrew is a leader in global sustainability and delivers compelling research and insights in this absolute priority area. He has enjoyed Head and Director roles at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and elsewhere. Finding connections between sustainability and other macro influences and micro trends, and in turn understanding how this influences behaviour change, is at the heart of Andrew's focus.

David is King’s Counsel and joint Head of Landmark Chambers.

The core of his practice is all forms of property litigation. He also practises in the areas of professional negligence and costs. He acts for all types of client in all types of dispute within his specialist areas. His clients range from individual householders to the largest property developers and landowners. He has represented local authorities, firms of solicitors and representative bodies. David can accept instructions under the Bar Council’s Public Access scheme.

Clare is CEO of Connell Consulting, a specialist consulting firm she founded in 2003. Clare has worked in strategy consulting for 23 years, 19 of which were in the social care sector. Connell Consulting have produced commercial due diligence on a large volume of substantial transactions in the healthcare, social care and special education markets. They also do strategic and operational consulting. Connell clients include private equity firms, operators, hedge funds, banks, REITS and infrastructure funds.

John is Managing Director of Christie Finance, part of Christie Group PLC and sister company of Christie & Co - leading advisor for buying and selling operational real estate in the hospitality, retail, medical, care and childcare sectors. Christie Finance acts for a diverse range of borrowers from first time entrants to larger, national operators and international investors.

Martin is a healthcare industry veteran with over 25 years continuous experience in the sector. Having qualified as a chartered surveyor in the early 1990s he chose to specialise in 1997, initially as a healthcare property valuer and more latterly as a broader advisor to investors, lenders and funders. Having spent many years running the healthcare valuation business at Christie + Co, in 2016 he created the UK healthcare advisory team at Cushman and Wakefield. Over the next five years he grew the team from just himself to 28 employees, winning two industry awards along the way.
