I am a Partner in our office agency team, based in our London City office. I have worked at Gerald Eve for over 11 years’ and specialise in advising office occupiers in Central London and across the UK on their property strategies to include acquisitions, disposals, lease re-gears and lease renewals.

I am in our Office Agency team, based in our London City office. I started on the graduate scheme in September 2021 and assist the team in advising occupiers on strategy and acquisitions of new offices across in London and across the UK.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Tessa has worked in a large property consultancy, for a London based property owner and currently as a Real Estate Manager at the John Lewis Partnership with a remit for the London portfolio. Her roles have used her Lease Advisory and Asset Management skills to drive value and optimise the portfolio.  

Danielle has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1990 (MRICS), and is also the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS) and the Pyramus and Thisbe Society (PTS).

For many years she has delivered outside seminars on Building Defects, Party Walls and Building Project Delivery, three of her specialisms.

Danielle is pro-active, self-motivated, personable and easy to work with, conscientious, innovative, diligent and focused on delivering a quality and best value service for clients.

Experienced hospitality investment professional – worked with major developers, hotel companies, governments and financial institutions in evaluating and maximizing returns for investments in over 50 countries with a total value over $10 billion.  

Joe is a licensed hotel broker in Texas. He has completed over $125 million in hotel transactions in 30 states in the US and brokered financings on hotels of over $90 million. As a (former) MAI appraiser, he led appraisal practices for Laventhol & Horwath and PKF international accounting firms where he valued over 400 hotels, as well as a brokerage unit for Landauer Associates. He landed two asset management contracts from the RTC, and had $380 million in hotels under management.

Davonne Reaves, a trailblazer in the hospitality sector, is the brains behind The Vonne Group. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has evolved from a front desk agent to an acclaimed hotel consultant and asset manager, owning a trio of hotels. She's the creative force behind Vesterr, the inaugural Black-owned crowdfunding platform for hotel investments, and Stay Black Experience, one of the most extensive directories for Black-owned hotels. She also shares her insights as a co-host of the NextGen in Lodging Podcast, powered by Hotel News Now.
