Jonas Hutterer joined CELUM in 2023 as CELUM Account Manager and is responsible for supporting existing customers. Jonas has been working in software sales for more than 5 years and has a background in marketing and sales management.

As a visual communication designer, photographer and responsible for branding, it is my mission and responsibility to optimize the company and its brand and help it succeed with high efficiency by digitalizing our brand management, organizing and orchestrating processes on a central platform – our single source of truth for our brand.

Stephanos is the CEO of CIDCOM, a creative agency based in Vienna he founded 22 years ago. He describes himself as a Brand Engineer & Creative Strategist. Staying in the creative flow is very important and that has meant that he as scaled back the amount of tools the Agency uses to really focus the entire Agency on creativity.

Zuki Ndulo is a Design Ops and Design Systems lead based in the New York metropolitan area with over 15 years of experience in both agency (AKQA) and product design organizations (Adobe & LinkedIn). He most recently spearheaded adoption strategies for Citibank’s Design System, enhancing global adoption by teams spanning the bank’s suite of digital products.

Two seemingly contradictory trends are emerging in the DAM space. 

The demand to enhance core DAM functionality drives vendors to make their solutions more powerful and at the same time more complex while the need for simple, seamless user experience for DAM consumers drives simplicity.

At its core, the DAM will always remain a “warehouse” - perhaps with a "factory outlet" included. But how do we serve B2B audiences who are not natural DAM users with the assets they need and  who require different functionality, context, and an on-brand presence?

As an agency owner, Stephanos Berger of CIDCOM, has many clients who struggle with content switching, accessing assets, and maintaining high standards. A journey with one client can go from Word to InDesign, to WordPress... not to mention asset storage.

Stephanos will share his experiences of streamlining this process, freeing up his team to focus on what they do best – producing great creative campaigns.

Sama is a marketing strategist and value expert. She helps Optimizely’s clients to streamline operations, captivate audiences with compelling experiences, and maximize content effectiveness through defining impactful marketing strategies and quantifying transformational outcomes. Previously, she worked with Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group advising customers on CX best practices and the value behind them. Sama holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from INSEAD.

 

Daniel Sergile is a seasoned Global Creative Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence across a range of brands, from luxury to CPG. He is currently the Head of Creative Operations at Harry’s Inc., overseeing the Creative team for the Lume and Mando brands, tasked with developing the creative ecosystem and delivering innovative campaigns and strategies. In this role, Daniel ensures the seamless execution of impactful creative, driven by a center of creative operational excellence, to support brand growth and success.

Tony is a multi-faceted technologist with almost three decades’ of experience building effective, collaborative, standards-driven solutions to business challenges in marketing communications, luxury goods, museums, libraries, archives, and higher education contexts. He has been active in the marketing digital asset management space since 2008, managing a global DAM team for a Fortune 500 client for 9 years, and more recently as a Solution Architect specializing in digital asset management platform consulting and delivery since 2017.
