Panel: The Culture Shift
In the “new normal” (aka “the normal for now”), we are seeing a slow return to the office and a redefining of the workspace. As leaders we are having to navigate a shift in not only how we work, but how we work together, and in our culture overall.
In this panel, experts from both in-house and out-of-house creative agencies and photo studios discuss the shifting sands of culture and how to define, evolve and grow as a collaborative, creative organization.
Topics explored include:
- Resiliency
- Keeping teams motivated and connected
- Increasing collaboration and community with clients and teams
- Listening and being reactive to consumers’ wants/needs/interests/expectations
- Revitalizing the office – space and teams
- Imagining the new workspace
- Thinking globally, working locally
- Breaking down the silos
- Creating and sustaining community
- Defining the fundamental nature of your culture
- How to shape and navigate culture change in your organization
- The importance of both inclusivity and diversity

How Augmented Reality, 3D Models and the Metaverse can help Photo Studio Operations
This session will review what 3D Augmented Reality (AR) can do for photo studio operations.
In addition to your photos and videos, 3D models of your products can be the new powerful item in your toolbox.
‘Digital twins’ are versatile 3D representations that you and your team, as well as your customers, can use to see what that product really looks like from all sides and angles and, most importantly, in the physical environment of choice. AR can also be used to take photos of real objects in combination with digital objects in real time (an alternative to post-production).
Join this session to learn:
- How you can use existing 3D data / models of products and how to easily create new ones with photogrammetry
- How to use apps, a web browser or the Metaverse to show off your products in the best and most informative way
