Events DAM and Artificial Intelligence (AI) 2026 Series Summary

Session 1: Metadata, Trust & Authenticity in AI for Your DAM
Wednesday September 2, 2026
8AM PDT / 11AM EDT / 4PM BST / 5PM CEST

To prepare for AI to work with your digital assets, brands and marketing organizations alike must determine what metadata fields and relationships are appropriate for AI integration. AI may help automate tasks such as tagging, categorizing, and describing digital assets with good metadata – applications that optimize asset ingestion, saving time and money. But if the data delivered does not match the user expectations, then the efficiencies of a personalized, and meaningful consumer experience are lost. Do we trust what we see and read? This session focuses on how the power of metadata and AI may work in your DAM, and addresses methods to provide content authenticity.

Session 2: AI Powered Visual Search: Enhancing DAM, Accountability and Transparency
Wednesday September 9, 2026
8AM PDT / 11AM EDT / 4PM BST / 5PM CEST

This session will focus on how AI-powered image search improves discovery and findability of a desired image or video. Using AI-powered image recognition in DAM has the power to appraise and determine the probability of finding other images featuring similar content to what was sought. The benefit: you can discover previously unknown images. Such searches can work alongside current metadata-based searches. This session will also address issues of ethics and governance related to challenges arising from bias in AI based search, rights and privacy, and transparency while maintaining a fair, accountable, and secure experience.

Session 3: How AI Agents are Transforming DAM for the Future
Wednesday September 16, 2026
8AM PDT / 11AM EDT / 4PM BST / 5PM CEST

AI agents go beyond basic automation functionality of AI to offer transformative capabilities for DAM. They leverage AI to carry out tasks autonomously, observing its environment, making decisions, and taking actions to achieve specific goals with little to no human involvement. These agents can automate processes, offer insights, plan campaigns, enrich your digital assets and more with customization and personalization opportunities. This session focuses on the power of AI agents as a scalable and more efficient way in which to work throughout the digital asset lifecycle.

Session 4: Generative AI Workflows in DAM
Wednesday September 23, 2026
8AM PDT / 11AM EDT / 4PM BST / 5PM CEST

Generative AI makes DAM more efficient and user friendly by fostering collaboration within teams, by personalizing recommendations, and by leveraging opportunities for content discovery, intelligent search, and streamlined approvals. AI-powered workflow can optimize opportunities for WIP asset iteration and generate brand consistent content based on location and/or audience, provide brand compliance and security as well as predictive analytics. This session will also consider how to plan for Gen AI workflows building with governance in mind.
