Tim Parnin leads all information technology and digital initiatives of both the Hall of Fame and Library & Archives, including all website platforms, digital interactives, IT infrastructure, and back-end tools used to drive strategic decision-making and efficiency. Since joining two years ago, Tim has been instrumental to the overhaul of the Rock Hall’s technical and digital infrastructure, leading the organization into a new era. Key initiatives include network storage and cyber remediations, implementing the Digital Asset Management System (DAMS), a contactless ticketing overhaul, an organizational-wide CRM upgrade, museum interactive experiences like the Garage, and maximizing Rock Hall digital initiatives through key partnerships. 
 
Before joining the Rock Hall, Tim launched, grew, and managed Parnin Media, a full-service web development and digital media marketing firm dedicated to helping its clients achieve their strategic goals through interactive websites and innovative e-marketing techniques. Additionally, Tim cofounded Guitar Riot in 2012, working as the eCommerce Manager to serve high quality, handmade electric guitars and amplifiers to music enthusiasts around the globe. Prior to these endeavors, Tim worked in new media marketing at Concord Records. He has planned and executed IT projects involving website design and development, content management systems, SEO and SEM, branding, eCommerce, social media management, and more. A certified project manager, Tim has a long history as a musician, Tim has played guitar in numerous bands including Sweet Apple, Cobra Verde, and Sons of Elvis. Tim currently plays in the band Falling Stars and performs both locally and nationally. Tim has performed original music on ‘The Jon Stewart Show,’ MTV, and ‘The OC;’ and his original music and audio production has been featured on several TV shows and films including ‘True Blood,’ ‘Entourage,’ ‘Sons of Anarchy,’ ‘Shameless,’ and ‘Rescue Me’.
