Simeen Mohsen is the Senior Managing Director of HBS Online, responsible for driving the organization’s strategy and long-term success. In this role, she is tasked with managing the continued expansion of the HBS Online program portfolio and global reach. Simeen oversees marketing and sales, content development, technology-enhanced learning, student services, finance, information technology, and human resources.
Simeen previously led Marketing and Product Management for HBS Online, helping to lead the organization to profitability. Prior to that, Simeen held leadership roles in publishing, including Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing at Harlequin, a division of Harper Collins, and General Management positions for a variety of online brands at Time, Inc., including People, InStyle and Essence. Earlier in her career, Simeen was a consultant at A.T. Kearney. She earned a B.S. in Geological and Environmental Sciences from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Simeen received Harvard Business School’s prestigious Greenhill Award honoring employees who made a significant contribution to the school. She also serves on the boards of the Stanford Alumni Association and the Charles River Conservancy.
