Selva is the Founder & CEO of FileSpin, a media operations platform that runs end-to-end media workflows from a single AI prompt. Informa (Cannes Lions, Black Hat, Money20/20) and XXL (sports retailer, Nordics) use FileSpin Cloud for global delivery, Teleport at the edge, and the MCP Connector with Claude and ChatGPT.
Selva has spent close to two decades in the DAM space, first as a Senior Consultant in Open Text's Digital Media Group, then as an independent cloud and DAM consultant working with L'Oréal Paris, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, TUI UK, and Discovery Communications Europe, before founding FileSpin in 2017. He still works directly with customers and keeps the team moving at startup speed, the two founder advantages that FileSpin customers find very beneficial. His current focus is making every part of the DAM operable by AI agents.
Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and going on long hikes with his dog. He also philosophises too much (according to his daughters).
