Prior to Avery Dennison, Rana held senior creative leadership roles across the U.S. and Europe at Levi’s, Diesel, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle Outfitters, and Nike. Her expertise spans trend and concept research, brand design, and digital innovation, always with an eye toward what’s next.

Rana holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University’s College of Design and a Master’s Degree in Sustainability and Business Impact from IE New York College. She lives in New York City with her husband, two sons, and rescue dog, Taco.
