Rachel is a Learning Technologist in the University's Library and Learning Services, specialising in online learning design and digital accessibility. She has been centrally involved in supporting HyFlex teaching initiatives across the institution, contributing expertise in digital pedagogy and learning design. Rachel collaborates across academic departments and her work focuses on embedding inclusive digital practices, improving accessibility in online learning environments, and developing innovative approaches to curriculum design.
