Rachel entered the DAM space in 2016 while working on an archival project for the National Hockey League, and has since implemented DAM solutions for organizations across the country. Her career has focused primarily on sports, with roles at the Women's Tennis Association, Seattle Kraken, and Riot Games, though she has also consulted for the private equity firm Blackstone.
After leaving the Kraken following the franchise's second year, she returned this past season to lead the next evolution of their DAM program. Rachel focuses on sustainable DAM models connected across the martech ecosystem, with an eye toward historical content preservation. She holds an MA in History, focused on digitization ethics within Māori communities.
