Molly works at the intersection of content, technology, and trust. Over nearly a decade at Dell, she has worked across DAM and content platforms as both a librarian and a product manager, gaining firsthand experience with the successes and shortcomings of large‑scale implementations while helping shift DAM beyond storage to enable speed, reuse, and confidence across the content supply chain.
That perspective shapes how Molly approaches content management challenges today. She has seen that the technology itself is rarely the hardest part of making DAM work in practice; alignment, governance, and trust are what ultimately determine whether systems succeed or fail. With a foundation in human‑centered approaches to technology from her MSIS at the University of Texas at Austin, Molly now leads a cross‑functional team responsible for governance and operations of Dell’s content platforms.
She is especially passionate about governance that enables creativity rather than constraining it, making provenance, rights, and reuse clear enough that teams can move quickly without fear. Optimistic but intentional about AI and automation, Molly sees enormous potential to improve workflows and user experiences, as long as innovation is grounded in sustainable governance and respect for how content is created, owned, and reused.
