Kristina is an independent consultant with over 13 years of experience helping global organisations design and optimise their content ecosystems. She works with brands to build scalable, efficient content supply chains by aligning people, processes, data, and technology to ensure content is created, managed, delivered, and measured effectively across the full marketing technology stack.
