Kellie works cross-departmentally with organizational stakeholders to lead digital asset initiatives that enhance metadata optimization, system adoption, search functionality, and rights tracking and improve systems integration and content utilization. Her primary focus is transforming School Specialty’s DAM platform, “The Locker,” into the single source of truth for all digital assets, while also developing policies and procedures that support the full asset lifecycle—from upload through archiving.
With a diverse background in asset management, archives, and e-commerce, Kellie brings a user-centered, collaborative, and hands-on approach to DAM strategy and execution. She is dedicated to building sustainable systems that not only serve current needs but also evolve with the organization’s long-term goals.
