Before this role, Justin ran Hogarth in Australia and New Zealand for seven years, scaling the business and embedding a culture that valued craft and performance equally. Earlier in his career he founded and led businesses at the intersection of sport, entertainment and content, negotiating major sponsorship partnerships and building campaigns across cricket, AFL and Formula 1.
