Jim is a seasoned leader at the intersection of innovation, design, and business. With over 25 years of experience spanning product management, business strategy, and design operations, Jim brings a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective to shaping impactful, human-centered products and services.
He has held leadership roles at firms including Huge and frog design, where he guided design and product teams while deepening his passion for operational excellence and the transformative power of design. In 2021, Jim joined argodesign as General Manager of the New York studio and now oversees all North American operations, helping to drive the studio’s strategic growth and creative impact.
Jim holds a degree from Boston University and completed postgraduate coursework in IT Management at NYU. He is a guest lecturer for the MFA Products of Design program at the School of Visual Arts and an active member of the DesignOps Assembly, contributing to the evolution of design operations as a discipline.
