Izabela Berengut is a DAM leader, problem solver, and collaborator who holds a key leadership role in Digital Asset Management at Saatchi & Saatchi, working in a dual‑agency environment with Team One. She leads enterprise DAM strategy with a focus on rights governance, metadata integrity, and ensuring assets are used appropriately throughout creative and marketing workflows.
During her tenure at Saatchi & Saatchi, Izabela initiated and led a major effort to modernize legacy asset management technology and continues to guide its evolution as both agencies’ workflows and content practices change.
Previously, Izabela served as a Digital Art Library contractor for Disney Publishing Worldwide and as Head of Photo/Video and Art Archives for producer and First Amendment advocate Norman Lear, where she digitized and managed historically significant collections.
