Emma set up IHAR after more than 20 years in agencies, leading client services and creative operations at top networks including WPP, VCCP, and Publicis Groupe. She later built PMI’s global in-house capability. Having worked across both agency and in-house environments, Emma brings first-hand experience in building, managing, and evolving high-performing creative operations.

As in-house and agency models continue to evolve, she works closely with brands and agency partners to orchestrate culture, define processes, and create alignment across the creative and production ecosystem that is genuinely future-fit, structuring around how the hybrid model needs to work.
