Emma is a passionate leader in Creative Operations with deep expertise in building and optimising in-house agencies. She led the development of PMI’s Global in-house studio, where she navigated the challenges of scaling operations, assembling top-tier talent, and delivering global creative excellence within a brand environment.
During this time, she connected with other in-house leaders, all grappling with the same question—how to build a successful IHA? This insight led her to found IHAR, a dedicated resource for in-house agency professionals.
Before moving brand-side, Emma spent 20 years leading client services and creative operations at top agencies, including WPP, VCCP, and Publicis Groupe, across creative, media, and production. Having worked on both sides of the industry, she brings invaluable first-hand experience in building, managing, and evolving high-performing creative operation solutions.
