Under her leadership, Splash was recognised as In-House Agency of the Year in 2026.
Prior to Treasury Wine Estates, Elsa spent 19 years across Australia and the United States, holding senior roles at some of the world's leading creative agencies, including Mother, DDB, BBDO, Big Spaceship and Wunderman Thompson.
