Dan has over two decades of experience in delivery and operations, spanning both client-side roles and leadership positions at top London agencies. He is the former Chief Operating Officer for Publicis Global Production where he set and owned the production operating strategy for the Publicis Production network. Prior to that he was Global COO at VCCP, where he founded Girl&Bear, the agency’s global production arm, and played a key role in shaping the group’s international and operational strategy for a decade. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on a football pitch or scaling a mountain, indulging his passions for hiking and landscape photography.
