Dr. Caroline Morris is the Managing Director of Content at Heritage Werks, the heritage agency of record for major companies, brands and professional sports teams. An academic by training, she spent the first part of her career in history as a professor and scholar, working at the College of William & Mary, Virginia Commonwealth University and Winona State University. Since transitioning to Heritage Werks more than a decade ago, Caroline has used her expertise to build a Content & Creative Division that uses cutting edge digital asset management technology to revolutionize the way her clients mobilize their history to serve modern-day imperatives. Under her leadership and leveraging NetX’s best-in-class DAM technology, Heritage Werks has generated wide-ranging historical content for its clients, from books to websites to major marketing initiatives. She is eager to share what she has learned about the combined power of DAMs and history to fuel corporate operations and communications.
