Baylie is currently the Head of UX Operations at Twitch, with previous leadership roles at Disney and J.P. Morgan Chase. She brings deep experience in scaling design, product and engineering orgs, building design systems, and leading strategy across complex environments. She has a diverse background in M&A, data analytics and machine learning as well as large-scale change management. Baylie has been featured in Design Shots- How to Design an Organization, and her career path is memorialized in the book Chief Design Officers. Baylie has a passion for interior design, and when she’s not working, she spends as much time as possible with her 6-year-old daughter, Georgia.
