Angelina is an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee and currently serves as the Cultural Resources Supervisor for the tribe. In her role at the Junaluska Museum, she is responsible for managing archival inventories, conducting research on Cherokee resistance, and contributing to the design development of the museum's upcoming expansion. Angelina began her academic journey at Georgia State University before pursuing a graduate program in Cherokee Studies at Western Carolina University. She is deeply passionate about preserving and sharing the rich culture and history of the Cherokee people in Western North Carolina. Angelina resides in the Snowbird Community with her Boston Terrier, Gene.
