Andy Hammond leads Bannerflow's US business. Over the past two decades, his career has spanned publishing, programmatic advertising, connected TV and creative automation, helping advertisers navigate some of the biggest shifts in digital marketing.
Throughout that time, Andy has watched marketing teams wrestle with a common challenge: the gap between creative ambition and operational reality. While channels and technologies have evolved dramatically, many of the underlying challenges remain the same: managing approvals, maintaining brand consistency, localizing content and scaling production across an ever-growing number of channels.
Today, Andy works with brands to streamline creative production and campaign execution through automation and AI. He's particularly interested in how technology can solve those operational challenges while preserving the creativity that makes brands distinctive.
