Andrea brings over a decade of experience in asset management and collection development. Before joining MLSE, she spent 8 years overseeing the curation, development, and management of program and custom artwork for major hotel brands across North America. In addition, Andrea managed asset licensing for imagery distributed to big-box and specialty décor retailers, building expertise in aligning creative assets with brand, retail, and customer needs.
Andrea brings her MLIS and prior experience together at MLSE, where she balances the fast-paced demands of the sports world with industry best practices and organizational excellence. With a focus on innovation and scalability, she spearheaded the RFP process to modernize MLSE’s Media Asset Management (MAM) system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of content distribution.
In her role, Andrea also collects and analyzes data to track the scope and volume of requests on the MAM/DAM team, helping to refine strategy, optimize workflows, and maximize impact across the organization. Rights management and governance are central to her work, as she continues to drive standards that strengthen both compliance and efficiency in asset management.
