Amanda Fink is the Manager of Digital Media Systems & Governance at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., where she oversees the company’s digital asset ecosystem supporting more than 60 domestic and international brands. She partners closely with the internal creative agency, Ampersand, to design scalable creative workflows, optimize digital tools, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the experience for creative and marketing teams.
With 15 years of experience spanning media and entertainment, Amanda has held roles across television and film production, digital archives, sports entertainment, telecommunications, and media consulting, including positions with Tribune Media, the NFL, and Comcast.
Amanda is passionate about bridging the gap between technology, governance, and the people who rely on creative systems every day. She enjoys solving the practical challenges that arise when DAM platforms meet real-world creative workflows and helping organizations build solutions that are both scalable and user-friendly.
