As the Founder of The Tomorrow Collective, Alê’s mission is to develop the next wave of creative leaders by equipping in-house teams to future-proof talent, optimise intergenerational working and create a unifying team culture.
As well as consulting on Talent Strategy & Team Design, Alê has over 25 years of experience working as an Executive Creative Director at agencies and in-house teams in the US and UK.
Her portfolio includes launching and scaling products and services for global giants like Virgin, Microsoft, MetLife, AB InBev, and Gimlet/Spotify, as well as challenger cult brands like MUTHA.
Recognised for her innovative leadership, Ale has been honoured in Fast Company's "League of Extraordinary Women" and "Most Creative People in Business" list.
She is also the co-founder of SheSays, an award-winning global organisation advancing women and non-binary professionals in the Creative Industries—an initiative that taught her firsthand about building and sustaining thriving communities.
Brazilian-born, Alê is a soon-to-be certified coach, AI enthusiast and polyglot who speaks five languages.
